Session & Day Hospitality
Speakers are generally invited for their assigned event day and may leave after completing their session and associated interactions.
- •Event-day hospitality will be provided.
- •Accommodation is not automatically included for every speaker.
- •Accommodation may be approved for selected outstation speakers based on profile, schedule, distance, and prior written confirmation.
- •Travel support or reimbursement is subject to distance, mode of travel, approved budget, and written confirmation from Hackingly.
Evaluation Window Hospitality
Selected jury members will receive hospitality and accommodation according to their assigned evaluation schedule.
- •Accommodation details will be shared after final selection.
- •Meals and event-day hospitality will be provided during confirmed assignment.
- •Travel support is subject to distance, approved travel policy, and prior written confirmation.
- •Bookings made independently without written approval may not be reimbursed.
Mentoring Shift Hospitality
Selected mentors requiring an extended on-ground presence will receive hospitality and accommodation based on their assigned mentoring shifts.
- •Accommodation details will be shared after shift confirmation.
- •Meals and refreshments will be provided during assigned event hours.
- •Travel support is subject to distance, approved budget, and prior written confirmation.
- •Accommodation is applicable only to selected mentors whose schedules require an overnight stay.
