  • Recruitment tooling including assessments, group discussions, and administrative features for candidate interactions.
  • Enabling clients to market, advertise, and monetize their opportunities via dedicated promotional pages.
  • Access for Participants to register, interact, attend, and compete in hosted opportunities.

2. Scope & Definitions

This policy applies to Hackingly's content, products, services, and websites. It does not apply to practices of companies or institutions that Giby Technologies Private Limited does not own or control, or to individuals not employed or managed by Hackingly.

Opportunities

Refers to public & private competitions, quizzes, hackathons, scholarships, jobs, internships, conferences, and festivals organized via the Platform.

Clients & Participants

Clients are companies or organizations hosting events. Participants/Candidates are individuals registering and competing in hosted opportunities.

In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect personal details including:

Responses to hackathons, quizzes, & submissions

We also receive information from third-party social providers (such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook) when you choose to log in or link your profiles to your Hackingly account.
